The Academic Elite Showcase is an individual exposure event for high school girls (class 2024-2027) to gain exposure to coaches from top academic universities. This event will consist of all the normal elements of an exposure showcase with games and skill stations, but also provide information through multiple seminars on the entire recruitment process to a high academic university. The showcase is on August 5 in Northbrook, Illinois at the North Shore SportsCenter (formerly Athletico Center). 

The Academic Elite Showcase is not just an opportunity to get seen by college coaches, but also a great learning opportunity on what players need to do to help themselves in all aspects of the recruitment process. The showcase will include recruitment seminars, meet & greet with college coaches, and a guest speaker. 

The entire coaching staff for this event will be made up of current college coaches from high academic universities. The following schools are signed up to recruit the showcase including Benedictine, Bucknell, Cal Tech, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, Clark College, Coe, Colgate, Concordia Wisconsin, Cornell College, Defiance, Denison, Dominican, Earlham, Elmhurst, Emory, Haverford, Indiana-Kokomo, Lake Forest, Lakeland, Lawrence, Lewis, Loyola Maryland, Macalester, MIT, Navy, Northland, North Park, Oberlin, Princeton, Rose Hulman Institute Technology, Simpson, Skidmore, Washington University St. Louis, Willamette, Wisconsin-Parkside, WPI, Yale, Yeshiva, and others. Not only will there be plenty of coaches will be in attendance but there will be additional coaches watching online.  

This years Academic Elite Showcase is unlike any of our past showcases with plenty of additional features to help you gain exposure and learn about the recruitment process. Players will gain maximum exposure through 5-on-5 games, 3-on-3 games, stations, and drills. Not only will college coaches be in attendance, but they will be on our staff actively coaching the players. The event is open to scholarship and non-scholarship level college coaches. Our MHS scouting service will be at the showcase, covering the entire event making profiles for each players and evaluating players. We will have one of our scouts on each court to to provide plenty of coverage of all the showcase participants. 

There will be informational recruitment seminars for both players and parents. These seminars will cover all aspects of the recruitment process as well as a Q&A. The amount of players will be limited to ensure coaches are able to fully evaluate each participant.
